Dear experts, How to carry on the process of layoff in shop of 25 people?
The shop is based in Maharashtra.
We are planning to downsize the firm by reducing the number of employees.
Some of them are non performers and redundant.
So called recession is also going on so we cannot pay them monthly salaries.
Please guide.
