Sample Filled EPFO Form 15G - IF claim or Advance is more than 50K you should upload form 15G

Recent Update in EPFO, IF claim or Advance is more than 50K you should upload form 15G. Its mandatory now. Everybody asking Now how to fill form 15G. Here i took some reference and filled form 15G for your reference. Kindly find the attachment.

and i want to withdrawl Amount 80000/-
so i m applcable for TDS on that amount or not ?
