How to do PF withdrawal and fill FORM NO. 15G with example?

Dear all, I am working in a private limited company i want to know that how to withdrawal PF. Full process, how many problems are arising? and how to solve it? Here in my company so many employees who want to withdrawal PF but i dont know the process please suggest me. How to fill FORM NO. 15G with example.
