Career guidance - B.com and MBA finance and have total 7 experience in Admin - which career is better for me?

Dear sir. Currently I am working as Executive Assistant to coo.than before I worked as Back office Executive
I have done B.com and MBA finance and have total 7 experience in Admin /Back office executive .I am facing issue on EA profile because leave issue work hour issue. I change my job profile but I have no idea which career is better for me. Which course will be give to best job - can you please suggest. I want to career in Hr but I have no experience.
