Can Our Small Noida Firm Voluntarily Contribute to PF/EPF Despite Having Only 4 Employees?

We are a private limited firm with 4 employees based in Noida. I wanted to understand if we could avail the PF/EPF benefits. I know the minimum strength needs to be 20, but can we contribute voluntarily? If yes, then how?

We do have EPF accounts from our previous employers - can these be reactivated?

Your company will have to register itself with EPF. Then it will be permanent and has to follow EPF rules, etc.
