Hi everyone, I am planning to do some employee engagement activities, as all our members are working from home. They should not get bored at home while working. Also, we are planning to do something for employees' family members who are helping or working for us during these sensitive days, such as police, nurses, doctors, cleaners, government officers, etc. Please suggest what we can do for them.

We need to take precautions while rejoining the office after lockdown. We have to ensure that no one engages in handshakes or touches any surfaces. Don't share food with anyone or eat outside food.

Now, as the lockdown is transitioning into the unlock phase, it is imperative to take all the necessary precautions for the employees. This will help keep the employees motivated to return to work, knowing that the organization is prioritizing their safety. Since the pandemic situation is expected to persist for some time, ensuring employees' safety will lead to effective and efficient work performance.
