Do we require to pay One Rs Stamp on salary payment through NEFT

Dear All
Can anyone guide me whether HR require to pay One Rs. Stamp on Salary Payment which is done by NEFT /Electronic Mode,
If not than kindly share any authenticate notification on the same.

No need for signature on revenue stamp.
Only written declaration with bank details and cancelled cheque leaf is enough.
Then on wage payment date transfer to declared bank account is legally safe n correct
