The National Productivity Council offers a two-year part-time P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPMIR). Please check with the Mumbai Chapter of the NPC.

Alternatively, you can explore similar courses of study offered by private or government universities through distance mode.

National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) HR

The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) HR, the oldest professional body, conducts a two-year PG Diploma in PMIR. You can log on to the NIPM site for details. This course is recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) of the Government of India and is run by a professional body of All India repute. Even in Mumbai, their chapter exists. Annamalai Open University in Tamil Nadu offers a Distance Education Diploma program on Labour and Administrative Laws. This is also a good option. You can check their website for more information.
