Second time pf withdrawal with less than 6 months from the first PF withdrawal - is there any chance for rejection?

My doubt is I have already withdraw my pf amount on january 2020 for construction of house purpose.Now I have to withdraw my pf amount for second time due to my expenses in lockdown purpose under the option of outbreak of epidemic corona provided against the epfo rule of the gap between the two loans must be 6 months.IF I apply for the pf loan is there any chance for rejection. please guide in this issue and do needful
