The principles guiding this initiative emphasize the organization's commitment to investing in its workforce as a valuable asset, fostering personal and professional growth opportunities for all employees, and sharing the responsibility for training and development between the organization and its employees. The involvement of reporting managers in employees' development further highlights the importance placed on individual growth within the company.
To streamline the Procedure for Learning from Home, the following steps have been outlined:

2. Team Members register or apply for the desired training.

4. Upon completion of the training, team members are required to submit a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) Training Action Plan.
5. Submit the course certificate along with the mark sheet to HR for attendance consideration.
6. For courses that require payment, the organization will reimburse up to Rs. 500 post-receipt of the mark sheet with a minimum of 60% marks.

By encouraging continuous learning and personal growth, the organization not only invests in its employees' future but also enhances overall productivity and engagement within the workforce.
It is essential to ensure clear communication of these procedures to all employees, along with necessary support and guidance to facilitate a seamless learning experience from home.
