Hi All, I work in an IT company in Human resource taking care of all the HR starting from induction, joining formalities, exit formalities, PF and ESIC challan, payroll and exit formalities.
I am from Chandigarh, and my concern is i would like to enhance my career and i would like to know what certification and diploma course i shall do further to enhance my career as sometimes i feel low as i did my PGDBA from Symbiosis in HR and operations and i feel it is of no use.
To apply further in big companies, they look after education also along with experience though i have 10yrs exp in HR but still i feel sometimes to learn more and more and keep on studying. I request all the HR's over here to guide me and help me out.
