Relieving Letter & FnF - would be employer is saying that without relieving letter you won't be able to let you join

Hi, I'm working in an MNC for the last 5 years where notice period is 2 months. But I have got another opportunity in another MNC where they are asking me to join in 1 month's time. They are ready to but out another one month's notice. My present company agrees to this proposal of buy out and agrees to release me after serving 1 month's notice.

Now the problem is I'm supposed to give back some amount to my present company like last year incentive adjustment, one time resettlement allowance since I'm leaving. I don't have any problem with that. My present company is saying that after your last working day we will calculate everything, will send you a FnF statement stating the amount you will need to pay and once you pay it we will release the Relieving letter.

This entire process may take anything between 20-25 days. Now the problem is my would be employer is saying that without relieving letter you won't be able to let you join our organization and we can't wait for 25 days for your relieving letter either.

Please suggest what should I do. My present company has accepted my resignation and I have forwarded it to my would be employer. But they want relieving letter on DOJ which is not possible as my present company is saying it would take approximately 25 days.

What should I do? Requesting your suggestions and help urgently.
