Hello, I was working in a Pvt Ltd company in Bangalore for 1.8 years. In January 2020, I gave my resignation to the company with a 2-month notice period. I agreed with the company that they would provide a relieving letter after completion, and in the email, I mentioned that my last working day would be March 25th, 2020. Initially, they agreed to this, but now they are insisting on extending it until March 31st, 2020. However, my new joining company has offered me a start date of March 30th, 2020. When I requested the relieving letter as per our agreement, they refused. I have tried to communicate with them, but they are not responding appropriately. What should I do in this situation?
