Work-from-Home Announcement
This is to inform you all that management has decided to provide a work-from-home option for one week, effective from tomorrow onwards.
Processes to Follow
1. Every morning, we will have a stand-up meeting to discuss your work schedule.
2. At the end of the day, send your work status to your reporting manager via email and copy the Director and HR.
3. Employees who do not update their work status will be considered on unpaid leave for that day.
4. Employees are requested to be reachable at all times via mobile, email, and Rocket Chat.
5. If anyone does not want to work, they must apply for leave. If there is no leave balance, it will be considered as unpaid leave.
6. Any leaves or concerns should be communicated via email only to your reporting manager, copying the Director and HR.
