Should I Wait a Year for MBA Exams or Opt for an Executive MBA with My Engineering Background?

Hi, currently, I am working as an engineer, having 3.9 years of experience. I wish to pursue an MBA in HR but couldn't find any good colleges. Please suggest, should I wait for another year and give exams like CMAT, CAT, XAT, NMAT, MHCET, or should I go for an executive MBA designed for those with 5 years of experience?
