There is no standard format, which can be given for such contracts. It has to be prepared specifically for your company, keeping in view the applicability of Labour Laws on the company and the type of job/work where contractor's workers are to be engaged.

If you want to engage employees on contractual basis, then also, the contract of employment has to be specific.
