Employee engagement plan which ensures productivity, peer coordination, Active workplace?

Hi All, I am from Bangalore, working as an HR Manager in an organisation which is belongs to media & production.As of now I have conducted so many common & kind of uncommon employee engagement activities weekly basis which helps to keep boosting the employees ,its helps a lot as well.
Now I want to create Employee engagement plan which ensures productivity , peer coordination , Active workplace etc apart from Fun day's.Please give me some suggestions & if you have any plan can share with me.
