Hi, I am new in the HR field and working in private company as a Executive-HR.
I have to prepare start to end training plan. Can anybody help me with this, 150 employees are there in my company.
I would appreciate if anybody post the sample of start to end selection (training & Skill upgradation).
Training plan to be mapped for Skill matrix upgradation with training contents, records & effectiveness monitoring...
