I have rejoined my last company with half the CTC due to a project ramp-down. I have only completed 2 months so far and am currently on a notice period for the last 15 days. However, here the notice period is 2 months. The next company that has offered me a position is not willing to wait and is offering double the CTC compared to my current company and the same CTC as my last company. The new company has no issue if I abscond. I had worked there for 3 years before rejoining recently.

What will happen if I abscond?

If the new company (vendor and client-side work) releases me due to no work, would I still be able to find another job?
