i have started establishment with 20 employee from last one month but not yet registration i have registration from next month
please suggest me for current month salary payment

What type of business you have.
You must first obtain all necessary licenses and do the registrations.
The date of commencement of your business is the date on which shop act license is issued. And therefore you have to follow all registerations process with that date onwards.
Gst,epf,esic,pTRC,ptec registrations are necessary.
Pan, tan, registrrations and MSME etc is also needed
