One of our employees went on leave as he was ill, but he has not rejoined. It's been almost a month now. We have tried to call him, but he hasn't answered. Last week, another employee met him, and he informed that he has found a job elsewhere. Now, our management requires me to issue a letter stating that he has been discharged without notice.
