Understanding Form 26 and Form 11: How Do You Manage Accident Records Efficiently?

Hello Seniors,

I want to know how to maintain Form 26 Accident Register & Form 11 ESI Accident book. What is the difference between these two? Is it required to enter in both registers? If so, kindly guide.

There is no accident register in Form 26 other than the Accident Register in Form 11. The Accident Report in Form 12 is to be uploaded online. In case you experience any difficulty in reporting the accident online, you may submit an offline report/hard copy in Form 12.
