1. AADHAR Card of Contractor
2. PAN Card of Contractor & Firm ( if any)
3. Work Agreement copy between contractor and his/her principal employer
4. Form-VI ( Commencement of Contract/Completion of Contract Work intimation)
5. Form - V of Principal Employer
6. Self declaration of Contractors for grant of license
