How are you going to explain the time gap?
Whatever you do, you are still faced with dealing with the problems you had at your last employer. Lying on your CV and getting found out will do you no favours either.
I am assuming you were not happy with the answer I gave in your earlier post and I am beginning to wonder if there is not more to this story than you are telling us.
If you are innocent, you will get further by being honest, not by lying and cheating.
