ESIC Challan - By mistake 1 challan was deposited 2 times - how to correct?

Sir, I have wrongly double payment of May.2018 ESIC Challan, Had to pay for April 2019, but the date was selected wrongly May 2018. Due to this, the invoice of April 2014 could not be paid. Please suggest me. as detail attached.

Mr.Joshi,
You have to write a letter to ESIC department regarding the issue & ask them to change the period of the said challan.

Please submit your salary sheet, attendance sheet, both challan payment receipt and challan details to Esic Regional office.
