I have to prepare KRA's for CAD and CAE trainers for my training division?

Some of the KARs could be:
1. Analyse the needs of the clients and trainees
2. Prepare content for the sessions
3. Conduct sessions for CAD and CAE
4. Evaluate the knowledge and skills of the trainees
5. Prepare and publish MIS
6. Conduct TTT for new trainers
