Example: I aim to utilize my skills, enhance my career path, and achieve a respectable position within the organization. 3. Why are you looking for a job change? Example: I am grateful to my previous organization for the learnings I have gained. I believe change is necessary to enhance skills, knowledge, and personal and financial growth.
