Right now i am pursuing my MBA with specialization of HR . I am very much aware with the concept of recruitment( pre and post both ) But now i want to get knowledge about EPF ,ESI,EPS,Allowances,as i know the theoretical and some legal aspects of these term but in want to know that how company work for this schemes .

you must have to take visit of any company for few month then you will get practical knowledge.
