i'm opening store and i want to offer to my employees PF and ESIC facility but i can't pay CTC more that 11000-12000 thats why i want know how BPO and other some companies offers salary starting of 7000 with out following minimum wages act.
......because they don't care the law and law enforcing agency so long as their clients do not give importance to compliance part. If you cannot pay at least the minimum wages fixed by the government, you have no right to run the business! I didn't say it but only our Apex Court said it!
