Leave calculation - If my employee is on leave till the 15th of the month, 15 is Friday he/she reported back on Monday

Hi, If my employee is on leave till the 15th of the month, 15 is Friday he/she reported back on Monday.
How many leaves will be calculated? Saturday Sunday will be calculated as leave or week off?

if saturday sunday is week off then it will be count week off otherwise leavr count

Saturday Sunday is week off,
But if employee didn't work for 15 days is he still eligible for following week off.
Sorry I am repeating myself just to be sure.

It all depends on whether you calculate the monthly salary on working days in a month or number of days in a month. In the first instance the issue does not arise at all while in the second also it can be considered as worked if he comes on the following Monday [18th in your case].

If Saturday and Sunday is your weekly off then Saturday and Sunday will be not be considered as leaves,unless you have Sandwich policy in your company.

It depends on company policy. If you are having a Sandwich system then you can count Saturday Sunday as leave. If your employee is on leave from 1st to 15th of Month, and 15th is Friday and 16th (Saturday) & 17th (Sunday) will also be counted as leave but make sure if the sandwich system applies if your company.
