Payment of ESIC - at the time generating supplementary challan I am unable to add IP number

Sir, There is an query regarding payment of esic payment
case : As per latest norms of ESIC we have to register employee before 10days of appointment, i forgot to register employee as his appointment date was 01.01.2020 but register him 04.02.2020, I have to pay his esic of jan 20 month but at the time generating supplementary challan I am unable to add IP number it is showing IP number not exist. How I will make payment and when can I make payment?

same issue facing by me. I am also having one employee date of join previous 10 days before date
but till now i have unable to pay the previous days
