Apologies for the long absence from CiteHR

As many people might have noticed, I have not been active on CiteHR for quite awhile.
Sometimes life gets in the way and we don't always have time to do the things we would like to be doing.
I will try and visit CiteHR more regularly from now on, but as my views on various HR topics tend to polarise people, I may not post very much. We shall see.
