Hi team, my name is Mohan, and I am from Bangalore. I worked at XXX Limited in a full-time role for over a year. Recently, I parted ways with XXX, but unfortunately, my resignation was accepted without conducting an exit interview. I returned all company assets before my last working day. I had a good performance relationship with both my team and management, and I also have 40 days of leave due.

However, I was surprised to receive a bank SMS stating that only 23k was credited to my account. I was expecting more than 80k since my package was 5 lac. Can you please advise if I should take action against my former employer? We have all the necessary documents to support my case.
