Please help me understand what can be done through an HR person in the below-described scenario. A person has worked with the same company from January 2011 to May 2011 and again from February 2012 to June 2012. He joined another organization afterwards and now wants to know if he should withdraw the PF amount of this organization or transfer both the accounts to his current company. Please suggest further actions.
