Is this a Review Meeting of the Internal Committee OR Aa Sexual Harassment Complaint has been Filed received and hence IC Proceedings Need to commence ?
In case, a SH Complaint has been Filed, the Employer of the Employee against whom the "Allegations" have been leveled, First shall have to Issue a "Show-Cause Notice informing himor her of allegations of SH leveled aginst and Seeking his/herWritten Reply/ Explanation as to Why Disciplinary Action should not be initiated as per Standing Orders OR Service Rules applicable to the Harasser-Employee; and
Only after receiving theWritten Reply, all cobnnceted Documents shall be forwarded to te IC at the Establishment for holding IC Proceedings
