ESI interest challan for less than 100 - shows error of non-creation of challan due to low amount

Dear all, See attached. I am seeing 88 rupees interest pending under "Interest for Delay Payment" option.
On clicking submit button, it shows error of non-creation of challan due to low amount.
Anyone having solution?
