Please help me to create an incentive structure for Sales,Marketing, Presales & CRM team of construction/Builder/Real Estate industry- Bangalore.
Basically it depends on company to company. so please share the details as per the company Like, Sobha/Prestige/Brigade etc. So that it will be helpful to fix the actual structure for my Teams. Comparison of other competencies incentive payout will get more clarity to decide.
