Dear All, I work in a company where we have 11 employees who sit in office and work. We are tired of telling them to come within 10 AM to office but no one is following the same. Even couple of times strict mail also being sent by of no use.
I do not wish to deduct their salaries as it will be too much deduction then and they will get very less salary. Pls suggest some ideas which can make them come on time to office.
