Startup HR Policies: Can We Set a 3-Day Notice and Probation Period for Employees?

Can you please confirm the minimum notice period and probation period we can give to employees in the policy for a startup company? Can it be restricted to 3 days as well?

For the probation period, you need not fix any NP. But after the confirmation of the employee's services, you may fix NP by one month (for lower-level staff) and 3 months NP for supervisors and above.

Similarly, you can fix the probation period for 6 months. Some companies will give a probation period of 3 months only. Management can make a decision on this.
