under Section-21 of the Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013.
The Data & Details to be included in the IC Annual Report be as Prescribed under Rule -14 of the Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Rules 2013 gazetted on 9.12.2013.
Delay/ Non-Timely Filing of the said Annual Report amounts to Non-Compliance with the Provisions, hence the DO concerned sought" Explanation". Being Truthful in Compliance Domain is Expedient, hence you may State the Actual/Real Reason for Delay and Let the Monitoring Authority tak " an appropriate call".
