My company is a startup and registered under GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS - Certificate of Incorporation. Which minimum wages act/ salary breakup like Basic/ HRA/DA Etc... will be applicable? i was working with previous company as per Karnataka labor law and the HRA taken as 40 to 50 %.
