Which Labour Law will be applicable if the company is registered as Private limited company - Regd. under Certificate of Incorporation ?

My company is a startup and registered under GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS - Certificate of Incorporation. Which minimum wages act/ salary breakup like Basic/ HRA/DA Etc... will be applicable? i was working with previous company as per Karnataka labor law and the HRA taken as 40 to 50 %. But here it is 20%. Any experts please help ? The office is located in Bangalore Urban
