Please refer to the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005 and schemes made by the state thereunder, under the PSAR Act 2005.

Thank you.

You will have to enter into an agreement with the security agency regarding the liability arising from the security personnel engaged through that agency.

Hiring Security Off the Record: What Does It Mean?

Private security services fall under the Private Security Agencies Act, 2005, and relevant state acts and schemes. The consequence of skipping legal compliance/statutory compliance will make the principal employer a defaulter. All the compliance requirements, such as the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, Leave with Wages Act, State Welfare Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, etc., are applicable to security services as well.
