Voucher Paid Employment

Dear All,
We want to hire a person on voucher payment for monthly salary Rs.7000/- for 6 months. Please let me know whether or not we can have him for a duration of 6 months.
Please advise if there are any legal barriers for voucher paid employment and what documents to be maintained for this kind of employment.

Normally the practice which you suggest is for Baldi workers .If the profile is not that , suggest you have a fixed term contract, which will dispel all doubts.These days the level playing field should be clearand even. The more precautions you take the mor problems you get into. The best approach is the straight approach.
