Dear Raghavendra,
Why dont you ck with the Topic "Measuring Managerial Effectiveness".These days the Attrition of the Employees are due to their Managers.In case if the Managers are effective to hold them back,train them up,give them good guidance in their work the Employees will be very much satisfied.This is my view.
