Do we need to follow any ratio as per labour law to engage following category of worker
1.Unskilled worker
2.Semi-Skilled worker
3.Skilled worker
4.Highly Skilled worker

Generally no such stipulation. But it's depending on the status of your firm/actitivity.
Are you registered under the Factory act, if not what's the applicable law? You should adhere to what has been prescribed in the applicable act.
