If National Holiday (26 January, 15 August & 02 October) & Festival HolidayFall on Weekly Off Day, will worker entitled to get extra wages for that holiday? Please suggest.
Why extra pay when they are availing Weekly Off, if they are been called to work on such day then only they are entitled for extra pay. Republic Day of this year happened to be on Sunday that does not mean that entire Office Staff who are availing weekly off by default has to be paid extra. There is no such rule

If the employee is summoned to work on that particular weekly-off then employee is eligible for double wages else not required.
