I am working with a tractor showroom. I have set up the complete system, and now I look forward to developing a PMS system. Could anyone provide me with the formats available for tracking and evaluating performance for sales and services?

I have a development talk, which is just a format to complete at the start of every year. I want to focus on areas of improvement to make each employee result-oriented.
