ESIC Registration Dilemma: Do I Need a Sub-Code for Employees in Aurangabad?

If my firm registered for ESIC in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and some employees are working in Aurangabad, is it necessary to have an ESIC sub-code in Aurangabad? Or can they obtain ESIC coverage only if I mention any Aurangabad dispensary? Please suggest.
