Due Date Extended for Deposit of Haryana Welfare Funds - has been extended till 31-03-2020

It has been informed by The Welfare Commissioner of Haryana Labour Welfare Board, that the last date of depositing the Labour Welfare Fund without any interest pertaining to the year 2019 has been extended till 31-03-2020.

Hi,
The date is extended to 31-03-2020 for contributions pertaining to 2019.
Can you pls tell whether one need to file any half-yearly/annual return for LWF?
Also what is the due date for monthly contribution of LWF? Like for jan 20?
