The Gratuity calculation is as below
Last drawn Basic+DA * 15/26 * number of years completed.
Also please note that for the purpose of gratuity calculation, the number of years of service is rounded off to the nearest integer. For if you have completed 8 years and 7 months, it will be rounded off to 9 years of service.
